JGO is not responsible for any third-party site or content to which a JGO website or JGO digital content may link. JGO reserves the right to make changes at any time to these Terms and Conditions, and will make those changes available on thejgsi.org. BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN THEIR ENTIRETY, AS APPLIED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. User Responsibilities
Any communication or material you transmit directly to the JGO website or post through a JGO online service either by electronic mail, file upload or form submission, including any data, questions, or comments will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Any personal information you submit to JGSI is covered by our Privacy Policy. JGO shall have the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to adapt copy, distribute, display, publish and use the content by any means. You should not disclose sensitive, personal, proprietary or confidential information in public areas of the JGO website like comments or blogs.

You shall not ‘Screen Scrape’, data harvest or remove content from a JGO website. You shall not employ ‘spiders’ or other means of automated access to a JGO website or its content.

JGO reserves the right to immediately remove any content JGO deems offensive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. JGO also reserves the right to remove a user account, without notice, if the user has been found to pose a threat to other users or has violated any rule laid out in the Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this website’s security.

Social Media
Use of social media sites like a Facebook or Twitter follow separate terms and policies as established by those entities and are not subject to JGO's Terms and Conditions. Be aware that content posted on JGO, like comments, are displayed publicly and may show up in social media channels. JGO makes no claim of responsibility for sharing or posting content through third party social media channels. Each user must use their own discretion to determine if the content they share is acceptable for wider distribution through social media. But JGO reserves the right to delete or remove content where possible in social media channels.
