The 1960s and 1970s were a time of tremendous upheaval; a reframing of consciousness and identity throughout the Western world.  Perhaps nowhere else was this shift better expressed than in the popular music of the era.

Join JGSI and Rabbi Matt this spring for a weekly interactive series exploring the spiritual themes found within classic rock from a Jewish perspective. Learn about Judaism and make new friends while enjoying some of the best music ever made.

Classes will be held online in an engaging multimedia format combining audiovisuals, breakout exercises, textual study, and small group discussion. No prior Judaic education or Hebrew required.
