Tina Sharkey is a brand builder, global operating executive, professor, entrepreneur, public and private board member, and active angel investor.

The co-founder of iVillage and Brandless, where she was also CEO, Tina has created and scaled global brands and businesses that have transformed the way we communicate, shop, and share.  She is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy at the University of Southern California (USC) where she teaches The Web3 and Community Playbook for Brands and Businesses, and Garage. Tina serves on the Academy’s faculty, co-leading the purpose-driven innovation and entrepreneurship pathway, and co-leads the Academy’s inaugural Venture Showcase.

Tina has been recognized as one of the Top 100 People Transforming Business by Business Insider, named by Fast Company as one of the Top Women in Technology, and has been recognized twice by Goldman Sachs as one of the top 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs and Business Innovators.

Tina currently serves on the national board of the Public Broadcasting Network (PBS), Heyday, a platform pioneering a marketplace-native approach to eCommerce, and Havenly, the world's leading interior design platform. Tina advises global brands and businesses like GAP Inc. and has served on the public Board of Directors of HomeAway and BFA Industries, the largest beauty community in the world. She has held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson’s BabyCenter, AOL, Time Warner, Sesame Street Digital Group, and Silicon Foundry.

Tina is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and emphatically believes in building brands with soul, purpose as an imperative, and that taking the high road will always deliver a better view.
