Stephanie is an experienced finance executive with a proven track record in growing businesses within the software and technology space. Over the past 12 years, she has worked in both consumer and enterprise businesses with SaaS and subscription experience. Stephanie has experience working in venture backed, private equity backed and Fortune 500 companies.  

Stephanie currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ReCharge Payments, a high growth software company in the eCommerce and payments space. Stephanie oversees the finance function as well as the legal function at ReCharge and is responsible for strategic acquisitions and capital markets activities. She is an executive team member and right hand partner to the CEO. Stephanie is a strategic business partner responsible for shaping the growth path and ensuring the financial stability. She has extensive experience in global operations, capital markets, strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, accounting, international tax planning, and a variety of legal matters.

Prior to ReCharge, Stephanie served as the EVP of Finance at Headspace, a high growth company in Santa Monica where she built out the finance function enabling the business to accelerate growth. During that time, she was deeply involved in Capital Markets, Investor Reporting, Business Strategy, Forecasting, Accounting, and International Tax Planning. 

Prior to Headspace, Stephanie spent 7 years at Activision Blizzard, a global Fortune 500 entertainment company. During her tenure she served in various capacities, including both Corporate Planning and Corporate Accounting overseeing both global functions. 

Stephanie started her career at Deloitte where she worked primarily in the FinTech and Financial Services space in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Los Angeles. 

Stephanie currently serves on the board of Killebrew Thompson Memorial, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for leukemia and cancer research. She is passionate about the Killebrew Thompson Memorial cause and is deeply involved in ensuring high impact from the money raised through the memorial.
