Robert J. Lipstein, CPA, has amassed a distinguished career marked by his significant contributions to the financial and business sectors. With a robust background in leadership and extensive board services, Lipstein has demonstrated his expertise across various industries.

Lipstein's achievements extend to his tenure as a retired KPMG Managing Partner and Global SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Leader. With a sharp industry focus encompassing Consumer/Retail, Banking, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Professional Services, and IT service providers, Lipstein has spearheaded operations within KPMG's largest advisory unit, overseeing more than 2000 employees and generating $250 million in annual revenue. His leadership was pivotal in establishing audit and advisory methodologies, risk protocols, and essential relationships with legislators and regulators on a global scale. He has also been a driving force behind numerous SEC filings, including S-1's, and offerings under the 1934 Act and 1940 Act.

His board service includes roles with esteemed organizations, such as Seacoast Banking Corp, Ocwen Financial, OnFolio Holdings, Einstein Healthcare, Firstrust Savings Bank, and Hatch Bank. In these capacities, Lipstein has overseen strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, CEO selection, and the successful implementation of new IT systems. He has been instrumental in initiating crucial programs like severance and retention strategies, offering guidance to enhance liquidity, refinance debt, and mitigate operational costs. His adept guidance has also led to the resolution of complex litigation and regulatory matters, alongside facilitating successful initial public offerings.

Lipstein received a BS from the University of Delaware, and his distinction as Alumni of the Year in 1996 speaks to his enduring influence while in school. Lipstein is a member of AICPA and PICPA, is a past participant of the Wharton Board Governance Program, and is an Emeritus Member of the Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance.
