Michele Nadelman is Chief Financial Officer at Warner Bros. Records (WBR) and is a seasoned executive bringing three decades of music and entertainment experience to her new post. Michele joined WBR following 12 years at Concord Music, where she was CFO of Recorded Music and SVP of Finance for Concord Music Corporate.

While at Concord Music, Nadelman was responsible for all of the company’s accounting and financial operations. She managed a string of successful M&A transactions, including the company’s merger with Bicycle Music and Village Roadshow Pictures Group, the acquisition of Dutch music publisher Imagem, and the administration integration of Paul McCartney's catalog, including his work with Wings. In total, she played an integral role in the acquisition and integration of over 30 record label and publishing companies.

Prior to joining Concord in 2007, Nadelman held management roles in finance and accounting, strategic planning, and operations at both blue-chip and start-up entertainment and music industry companies, including The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros., Gameworks, DMX Music, and Lucky Strike Lanes. Nadelman, who began her career nearly 30 years ago at Price Waterhouse, is a graduate of UCLA and a California Certified Public Accountant.
