Kiva Kolstein has been building high growth companies and teams for 25+ years. He is currently President and CRO for AlphaSense, an AI-powered market intelligence engine backed by Goldman and Viking Global. Prior, he was CRO for Handshake, a B2B e-commerce platform (sold to Shopify), CRO for Percolate, a marketing technology platform (sold to Seismic), and founder and SVP Sales for GLG's corporate markets division. He's a consultant and / or Advisory Board member to several high growth technology companies, a member of YPO, and a founding member / CRO School instructor for Pavilion, a member organization designed to support the professional development of revenue leaders at high growth companies. Mr. Kolstein earned his BA from University of Delaware in Political Science and Marketing. He and his wife Wendy have three children - Charlie (21), Benny (18), and Shia (8), and reside in Chappaqua, NY.
