Jenna Fisher leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Corporate Officers Sector globally and manages the Palo Alto office. She specializes in leading senior financial officer assignments and has successfully completed more than 300 CFO and board searches serving clients across various sectors, including the technology, consumer, healthcare and retail industries. Jenna's clients include Fortune 1000 corporations, middle-market private equity portfolio companies and highly visible, pre-public venture capital-backed enterprises. She focuses on recruiting CFOs and financial experts to serve on Audit Committees. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, though her work spans North America, Europe and Asia.

Jenna received her BA, with honors, in sociology from Rice University, her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and attended Duke University Law School, as well as the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Peninsula Temple Sholom in Burlingame, California, and actively fundraises for the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and the Hillsborough Schools Foundation. Jenna is a regular contributor to the Wall Street Journal and The Wharton School’s Sirius XM radio channel, as well as a frequent speaker on women in leadership.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jenna was a consultant with Bain & Company, where she advised private equity clients and senior management of Fortune 500 technology, consumer goods and retail companies on a variety of strategic issues. She started her career as an entrepreneur, founding and successfully selling an educational services company in Houston.
