Jake is a senior partner at Rose Snyder and Jacobs (RSJ). The firm is located in Encino, has 45 professionals, and is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Prior to joining RSJ, Jake spent 20 years at KPMG where he was partner-in charge of the West Coast Entrepreneurship Practice.

Jake has been selected by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for The Valley 200—The most influential leaders in the Valley Area- for each of the four years the award has been in existence. He was formerly the Audit Committee Chair for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, where he was responsible for the selection of auditors and management of the audit process.

He currently serves as chairman of the board for both Humantelligence, Inc. (an early stage SaaS company), and California Oncological Research Institute (a collaborative cancer research organization). He also serves on the Board of Advisors at the Price Center for Entrepreneurship at the UCLA Graduate

School of Management.

Jake received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. He received his Masters in Business Administration with distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Jake has lived in the Calabasas area for over 35 years. He is married with 3 children and 5

grandchildren. His interests include travel, golf, music and the arts, espionage novels, mentoring, and spending time with family.
