An entrepreneur, Donny is currently the Managing Principal at One Above Enterprise, formed and funded to purchase and operate a Northeast Ohio business. Donny is also an active board member and a partner at Lake City Plating, after years of serving as the controller. Lake City Plating is a trusted leader in the metal finishing industry. Prior, Donny worked as an operational excellence specialist for GOJO Industries, implementing process and system improvements in the manufacturing and distribution of various skin care products.  Donny completed his undergraduate in Israel where he earned his Bachelor in Talmudic Letters.  He is a graduate of the Masters in Business Administration program at John Carroll University, Boler School of Business.

Donny also serves on a variety of nonprofit boards, including the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, focusing on the health and vitality of the entire Jewish community; Bikur Cholim, a Jewish medical support service to improve health and well-being; and The Sephardic Congregation of Cleveland, the only Sephardic Jewish congregation in the Greater Cleveland area,  Sephardic Jews trace their origins to Spain and the Middle East.  

Donny currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Ketti and eight kids. Donny and Ketti are the proud parents of six sons (four of whom are quadruplets) and two daughters. Prior to moving to Cleveland, Donny lived in Jerusalem, Israel.
