Dave Mirsky is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pacific Rim Capital (PRC), which he and his business partner established in 1990. PRC is the largest independent lessor of material handling equipment (MHE) in North America, with a particular specialization in working with large multinational corporations.

Prior to founding PRC, Mr. Mirsky was President of Capital Associates Portfolio Company. He was also Executive Vice President for Capital Associates International and held management positions for Finalco Inc. and Memorex. He is a graduate, summa cum laude, of Binghamton University (NY) and holds a degree in Management Science.
