Bob Feiner

Senior Vice President; Dell Technologies Services

Bob Feiner joined Dell Technologies in 1999 and serves as Senior Vice President of Dell Technologies CSG (Client Solutions Group) Support Services. His global team of 12,000 contact center agents and 10,000 field service agents provide end to end support services for Dell Technologies' notebook, desktop, gaming, workstation, and peripherals products in more than 150 countries. He also manages the commercial executive relationships across Dell Technologies Services' delivery partner network spanning professional services, infrastructure support services, and client support services with more than 800 partners and over $1B in spend.

His prior experiences at Dell Technologies include leading various delivery teams including field services, configuration services, deployment services, education services and asset resale and recycling, managing technical support centers and building the first of what would become six global service command centers.

Prior to Dell, Bob was a management consultant in Ernst & Young's supply chain management practice. He also held a variety of roles in the energy industry. Bob has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas-Austin, 1997 and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University, 1991.
