Ben is an advocate, visionary, and collaborator. Raised in a loving Russian-speaking home by his mother, grandmother, and grandfather, Ben is a first-generation Jewish-American who has lived most of his life on the South Side of Chicago. Ben received a BA in Community Psychology with a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems at DePaul University. Afterwards, Ben interned abroad in Israel at the Technion, studying human-environment interactions. Upon returning home, Ben started studying law at UIC John Marshall Law School with the intent to pursue a dual degree in urban planning. In the summer of his 2L year, Ben began working as a law clerk at Field and Goldberg, LLC, a real estate boutique law firm. After he graduates, Ben aims to become a lawyer and urban planning consultant, advocating for the environment.
