Spencer Hadelman is the Founder and CEO of Advantage Marketing - a Chicago-based marketing and media agency that provides digital and traditional media solutions for notable clients such as University of California-Berkeley, Hello Kitty, Stance, Sand Valley Golf Resort, Mugsy Jeans, Monaco Spirit Brands, and iSlide to name a few.
In addition to founding Advantage Marketing, Spencer is an investor in multiple companies, including Uncle Nearest, Lime Scooters, Cruz Blanca, and Arcadia Street Capital, as well as an equity advisor in Curve Cartel and Think 53. Spencer has continued to add to the Advantage umbrella with e-commerce company acquisitions, including the contemporary watch brand, Voelen, which he has since successfully exited. Tapping into his golf marketing skills and personal love for the game, he also founded the e-commerce golf accessory brand, Talon Golf Co in 2020.
Spencer has received award recognition from Chief Marketer 200, Entrepreneur 360, Inc. 5000, Financial Times, and Crain’s, and he is also a regular contributor to Forbes. Spencer also volunteers his time across four boards amongst two organizations - Canine Therapy Corps, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.
