Ms. Abrams is Vice Chairman of Compass where she heads the Abrams Retail Strategies group. Previously she was the Vice Chairman and Principal at Eastern Consolidated and prior was Vice Chairman at The Lansco Corporation. She is active in both retail leasing and consulting. Ms. Abrams is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York where she has served as chairperson of the Retail Leasing Committee, is on the commercial division’s BOD, has taught Continuing Education, and received the prestigious Louis Smadback Award. Robin served on the advisory board for the NYUREI and is a member of WX and ICSC. RE Forum named her one of the top 45 women in CRE and Bisnow and Crain's named Ms. Abrams one of the 50 most powerful women in NY real estate.

Ms. Abrams works with various companies in NYC and major markets nationally, for both street and mall expansion; including retail powerhouses VF Corporation and Kellwood, having represented Vince, Rebecca Taylor, 7 Jeans, Splendid, Donna Karan, Anya Hindmarch, Agent Provacateur, Brora, Lumas, etc. She also works in Canada, Europe and Latin America to source and secure partners as well as sites for numerous brands.

Ms. Abrams also represents landlords and has been exclusive leasing agent for 601 Madison Avenue (entire building was leased to Emporio Armani), 546 Broadway (54,000 sq.ft. leased to Uniqlo), 665 Fifth Avenue (leased to Rolex and Lindt), and the Turnstyle project at Columbus Centre (consulted and leased to 30 tenants.) Currently she is marketing properties on Madison Avenue, an entire blockfront on the UWS, spaces in Flatiron and in Soho. She is providing advisory services to several well known developers in regard to branding, merchandising and leasing.

Ms. Abrams provides in-depth market analysis for both landlords and tenants, and serves as expert witness, and arbitrator. She was the retail consultant for Rockefeller Properties/ TDC to develop the successful RFP for their mixed use project in Flushing.
