Nat Adler is a Managing Director at Accenture. She leads the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) business segment in their West Salesforce practice. She is based in San Francisco area. Over the past two decades Nat has been working with global companies across a variety of industries, helping transform their Lead to Cash processes and systems, by optimizing and implementing the Salesforce platform and its ecosystems cloud technologies.
After completing her army service in Israel, Nat migrated with her husband to Australia, where she completed her formal education in Psychology and Counselling and raised a family. In her early career stages, Nat was working with non-for-profit organizations, helping people in unfortunate situations, improve their life trajectory. Later she focused on organizational change and transforming non-for-profit organizations to align better with their community needs.
In 2014 she migrated with her spouse and their two children to the USA due to his career opportunity. Nat took this transition as an opportunity to reimagine her career and turned her passion for driving change and positive outcomes to a business focused career. She became increasingly interested in business and technology, re-trained, and began working with global companies as an independent consultant/program manager.
A life changing opportunity connected Nat with her first Job in technology and business consulting in New York. Since then, Nat has been developing her experience and reach, working with a large variety of global companies, implementing CRM technologies, transforming their business, and helping grow the next generation of consulting leaders. Nat worked in reputable firms including IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and now Accenture.
