Senior Director; Costanoa Ventures

Currently Senior Director at Costanoa Ventures, Nancy has 30 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, marketing, communications and general management across a range of alternative asset classes. Before joining Costanoa in 2019, she was a Managing Director and part of the founding team of the American Infrastructure Funds, where she led the firm’s investor relations, fundraising, marketing, and communications and sat on the Investment Committee. She held prior Investor Relations positions at McCown De Leeuw & Co, a middle market private equity fund; at RREEF, a leading institutional real estate investment firm; and at Modulaire Industries, a publicly traded NASDAQ company that was later merged into Waste Management.

Nancy was also the founding Executive Director of Net Impact, an international membership organization for MBAs interested in using their business skills for social good. For her work with Net Impact, she was named a Fellow in the Rockefeller Foundation’s Next Generation Leadership program. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA magna cum laude from Amherst College. She is married with two adult children and the world's cutest dog. A Boston-area native, she has lived in the Bay Area since college and considers herself lucky to be able to do so. But she will always root hard for the Red Sox.
