Keren has been in the financial services industry for 18 years, currently serving as Head of Morgan Stanley's Investment Grade Healthcare Practice. Her role has included advising clients on various capital structure topics with a focus on originating and structuring investment grade financings. She has vast experience advising on acquisition financings as well as on debt IPOs having led the three largest healthcare debt financings on record.

Keren initially joined Morgan Stanley in 2003 in the Investment Banking Division in Toronto before moving to New York in 2005 where she joined the Firm Relationship Management group, a role focused on cross-selling and connecting client relationships. She also worked in the Fixed Income Derivatives Group, advising clients on risk management solutions.

With a passion for wellbeing in the workplace, Keren serves on Morgan Stanley’s Global Wellbeing Board and is heavily involved in various talent development initiatives at the firm.
