Josh Katzen is the President of Rochester Management Corp, Heller Property Management LLC and involved in acquisition, development and management of shopping centers and apartment communities in New England. In the year 2018, Josh served as a Professor of Business (Adjunct), at Tuck School of Business, teaching real estate development and finance in MBA program. He also served as a Professor of Business (Adjunct), at the International Business School (2007-2016) and Recanati School of Business (2010-2017), teaching real estate development and finance in MBA program. From 1980-1985 Josh was an attorney at Goulston & Storrs, P.C. and concentrated in general business law and real estate. Josh was a Law clerk to US District Court Judge Hon. Caleb M. Wright in 1979-1980 and was the co-founder and co-owner of “One of the 13 most influential restaurants of the 20th Century” (Bon Appetit Magazine)
Josh is a graduate of Cornell University and London School of Economics A.B. and the University of Pennsylvania Law School J.D. He is currently actively involved in the Jewish community.
