He is a co-inventor of 27 patents for technologies broadly used by both consumers and large enterprises, including mobile banking and the original patent for web-conferencing.

Joe is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fixing.World, a media and technology company unlocking the potential of every person – leading the use of digital assets and platforms to disrupt inequity and systemic issues in society funded by transforming marketing spend into both enhanced brand lift and essential community impact.

His achievements include the development and successful deployment of mobile banking solutions for 9 of the top 12 US Banks and the creation of award-winning, mission critical systems for more than half of the Fortune 500.

An executive with proven success in delivering investor returns, Joe has created globally recognized products and teams in executive roles including Oracle (ORCL), nCube acquired by Seachange (SEAC), Founder & CEO at Pixion acquired by Drake International (DSI), CTO at AppStream acquired by Symantec (SYMC). Founder & CEO of ClairMail acquired by Fiserv (FISV), and CEO of CRMNEXT, Inc.

Under the Clinton Administration, Joe was honored to be invited to serve as a founding member of the Intergovernmental Technology Leadership Consortium, Federal Webmasters Alliance, and as a benchmarked leader in the Council for Excellence in Government, helping lead innovation in the use of the internet to make our government more efficient and inclusive.
