Mr. Howie Jacobs is a strategically focused business attorney with more than twenty years of corporate legal experience. He currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Krasdale Foods, Inc. located in White Plains, New York and is responsible for all aspects of the legal affairs impacting the company, a wholesale grocery distributor with retail customers located throughout the Northeastern United States, as well as Krasdale’s affiliated companies, including a marketing and advertising organization, a retail point of sales division, and a secured lending entity. Mr. Jacobs is responsible for all aspects of the legal affairs impacting the company and also has direct responsibility for the Human Resources, Regulatory Compliance, and Public Affairs functions.

Prior to joining Krasdale, Mr. Jacobs previously managed the legal function for Lipman USA, Inc., the United States subsidiary of a dual listed (NASDAQ & Tel Aviv Stock Exchanges), leading Israel based manufacturer of point of sales credit card terminals and software solutions. He oversaw the legal issues for North America, Latin America, and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Jacobs received a Bachelor of Arts in history, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany. He earned a Juris Doctor from the Hofstra Law School.
