Drew Lipsher’s career has spanned over twenty-five years of media and entertainment, digital media and technology.  His experiences have covered all aspects of the business including investment (private equity and venture), M&A, strategic planning, new business and corporate development, restructurings and divestitures, technology, operating and Board level activities. Over his career, Lipsher has worked closely with C-Suite executives and senior management to help set, plan and execute strategies and objectives.

He is a highly regarded, trusted advisor and executive with a deep understanding of the evolving needs across all industries and functions as digital transformation and technology continue to permeate and influence the business landscape.

Currently, Drew is an investor in Volta Industries as well as its Chief Strategy Officer.  Working closely with all senior leadership, Drew is responsible for high-level strategy and initiatives, M&A and partnerships. Prior to Volta, he served as the CRO at GLAMSQUAD and previously held senior leadership roles at Clear Channel, Interscope Geffen A&M Records, News Corporation, BMG and Warner Music. Drew was also a Partner at Greycroft Partners, a leading venture capital firm.  Drew graduated with a BA from Yale University and received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
