For 15+ years, I have represented public companies by serving as a business lawyer and trusted counsel with specialization in securities law, governance, corporate finance, M&A, and high-profile litigation.

I spent the early part of my career in private practice representing and advising corporations on securities, tax, and major transactional matters. Over time, the culture and business model of major law firms did not appeal to me. I even considered a career transition—selling hotdogs outside of Fenway Park was on the table! Thankfully, an opportunity to shift to an in-house corporate position was presented to me. This ignited my enthusiasm for business, and led to a long-term position with Navistar International Corporation, where I currently serve as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
