Aron J. Ain serves as executive chair of the UKG Board of Directors, where he works closely with current and future customers and partners, provides support to the leadership team, and promotes the UKG brand worldwide. Prior to becoming executive chair in 2022, Aron served as longtime CEO of UKG. He joined the company in 1979 and held a role in nearly every functional department until becoming CEO in 2005. In 2020, Aron helped lead the merger between Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software to become UKG. In 2021, UKG became the first merged entity to land on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, debuting at #6.
