During his tenure at dcp, Allen was Executive Producer of dcp’s flagship programming and oversaw the development, production and licensing of the company’s other high profile properties. Allen is currently a Managing Partner of Mosaic Media Investment Partners. Mosaic Media was formed as a talent management company representing artists and actors, as well as a production company.
