Adam Feit is managing director and market president for MUFG Union Bank’s Los Angeles Region. He oversees the bank’s middle-market and business banking teams in Los Angeles. He also leads Union Bank’s private equity coverage, providing financing for leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations for financial sponsors. Mr. Feit formed the bank’s private equity coverage model when he joined the company in 2016. He previously worked in global corporate and investment banking and middle-market banking divisions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Feit started his career at the Alcar Group, where he oversaw consulting engagements with a number of Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves on the board of the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Santa Monica Bay Chapter.
