Explore these questions and more through the lens of ancient Jewish wisdom and the best of modern positive psychology. A critically important topic, especially for today.

Classes will be held online in an engaging multimedia format combining audiovisuals, breakout exercises, textual study, and small group discussion. No prior Judaic education or Hebrew required.
