Teodora Zobel serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Midwood Investment and Development ("Midwood"), a real estate firm based in New York City, specializing in development, investment, and management across diverse sectors. In her role, Teodora spearheads Midwood's investment strategy, overseeing the entire spectrum of activities from sourcing and evaluating transactions to structuring joint ventures and long-term capital planning.

Midwood is a vertically integrated owner, developer, and manager of 140 retail, residential, and office properties across 8 states, with a robust development pipeline encompassing over 3 million square feet.

Prior to joining Midwood eleven years ago, Teodora held positions at Cushman and Wakefield within the Global Consulting group, where her focus centered on constructing real estate optimization strategies for a diverse set of clients ranging from public companies to nonprofits. She started her career at KPMG LLP, where she specialized in tax structure and transfer pricing consulting within the Economic and Valuation Consulting group.

Teodora holds an MBA from NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Teodora is deeply committed to philanthropy and industry engagement. She serves on the board of Women in Need, a nonprofit offering shelter to over 7,000 homeless women and children in New York City, as well as the board of Altyx Medical, a pioneering medical device company dedicated to addressing women's health issues. Teodora is also an active member of industry organizations such as Rebny and WX.
