Ryan is a managing director in Real Estate within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, primarily responsible for the acquisition, asset management and disposition of commercial real estate equity investments. He also serves as an observer on the Asset & Wealth Management Private Real Estate Investment Committee. Ryan joined Goldman Sachs in 2013 as an associate and was named managing director in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was a manager at Healthpeak, a fully-integrated healthcare-focused real estate investment trust based in California, where he was focused on acquisitions. Prior to joining Healthpeak, he worked as an associate at UBS Investment Bank in the Global Healthcare Group.

Ryan earned a BA in Economics from Bucknell University in 2005.
